Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026•Last Updated: September 17, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of paid reports and paid features offered through PayXplain (the “Service”).

PayXplain allows users to review a free preview or summary before purchasing. After successful payment, the full digital report or paid feature is made available immediately.

2. One-Time Payment

PayXplain paid reports and paid features are offered through a one-time payment unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

There are no recurring subscription fees or automatic renewals.

Payments are processed by PayPal.

3. General Refund Policy

Because PayXplain provides digital reports and paid features that are generated or made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the full report or paid feature has been generated, unlocked, downloaded, exported, or otherwise made available.

The free preview is provided to help you evaluate the Service before purchase.

4. When a Refund May Be Available

We may issue a full refund in the following situations:

    (a) Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

    (b) Technical issue. A material technical issue caused by PayXplain prevents the paid report or paid feature from being generated, accessed, or used in a supported browser, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

    (c) Required by law. A refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required under applicable law.

We may also consider a refund in exceptional circumstances at our reasonable discretion. This does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

5. Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available for:

    (a) a change of mind after the full report or paid feature has been made available;

    (b) a report result, explanation, calculation, alert, or action item that does not meet your personal expectations, where the Service operated as described;

    (c) a result caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, filtered, modified, or incorrectly selected source data;

    (d) a result that differs from your accounting records, bank records, Stripe Dashboard, Stripe reports, or other records, where you have not independently verified the underlying data;

    (e) failure to use the free preview before purchase;

    (f) issues caused by your device, browser, browser settings, private/incognito mode, disabled JavaScript, disabled local storage, browser extensions, security software, network restrictions, or unsupported environments; or

    (g) your failure to save, export, back up, or protect locally processed files, browser storage, or generated reports.

PayXplain is an independent informational and reconciliation-support tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

6. Supported Browsers

PayXplain is intended for use on current versions of commonly used modern desktop browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

Before purchasing, please use the free preview where available to confirm that the Service works in your environment.

The Service may not function correctly in private or incognito browsing mode, unsupported or outdated browsers, embedded in-app browsers, browsers with JavaScript or local storage disabled, devices with insufficient memory, or environments affected by browser extensions, security software, network restrictions, or user configuration.

7. EU/EEA/UK Digital Content Notice

Where required by applicable law, before immediate delivery of a paid digital report or paid digital feature, you may be asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your applicable statutory right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@payxplain.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • your PayPal transaction ID or order ID;
  • the purchase date; and
  • a brief description of the issue.

For technical issues, please include the browser name and version, device type, and a screenshot or error message if available.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank-account details, PayPal passwords, Stripe API keys, or unredacted Stripe exports containing customer personal information by email.

9. Refund Review and Processing

We will review refund requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for limited information necessary to verify the purchase, investigate a technical issue, or prevent fraud.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original PayPal payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on PayPal, your payment method, and your financial institution.

10. Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us at support@payxplain.com before opening a PayPal dispute. We will try to resolve the issue in good faith.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or through PayPal’s dispute-resolution process.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when this Policy was most recently revised.
